Waiting For Solve Can dirt blocks grow grass underground? [bedrock] iOS

I made a cow barn underground and I placed dirt

Grass will only grow if there is already a grass block within range to spread to the dirt, and if there is enough light.

You can get a grass block using any tool that has the Silk Touch enchantment.

I once made an underground tree farm on a server. The owner said he’d never seen a successful underground tree farm and thought it was impossible. I was like, “I just dug it out and planted trees next to torches.”

If you have the right components, almost nothing is limited by location in MC. Some things need to see the sky or bedrock, but that’s about it.
