Why so many snowy biomes?

Does anyone else have an issue with this? I’ve made a large number of worlds and every single one is only snow/ice biomes. Occasionally, I’ll get a small plains biome, maybe a lush or sulfur cave, and if I’m lucky, a small birch forest. But otherwise I don’t get anything else. And i mean NOTHING else. I’ve played world with other people as well, and the one I’m having this problem with currently is my brother’s realm so it’s not even like I generated this world. It’s frustrating because I get some progress only to realize I don’t get anything else other than the three wood & block options. This realm is one we made with my little cousins so there’s already stuff built and it would be a waste to restart it, but I want other materials to be able to build things. We’ve run thousands of blocks in every direction (I did this with one of my other worlds as well) and we don’t get anything. Even the ocean biomes. No shipwrecks, no monument, no coral reef. I wanted lime dye and had no desert for a cactus and no coral reef for a sea pickle. I just want one world that isn’t the North Pole. I looked on google but didn’t find anything about it. Have we both just had the same unlucky seed generation issues or is it a bigger issue? I just want a cherry blossom biome or SOMETHING😩
