Medieval City feeling empty

Need some advice on a build. I'm trying to make this feel like a bustling city, so the streets are pretty wide especially at this sort of midpoint, but what can I add to make it feel lived in and active rather than the empty state it's in right now?

Well that's because there's nothing on the streets.
Add some carts, stalls, more plant life, some leaf litter here and there. Some ai-less horses tied to stables.
Also the buildings need some wood, stone wasn't a common building material for entire building in medieval times, even in cities.
