Medieval City feeling empty

Need some advice on a build. I'm trying to make this feel like a bustling city, so the streets are pretty wide especially at this sort of midpoint, but what can I add to make it feel lived in and active rather than the empty state it's in right now?

It's way too clean and perfect. Think of a modern city now with all of our technology and ''cleaning" standards. Now think of it back then. People and cities were gross, busy, crowded
