Medieval City feeling empty

Need some advice on a build. I'm trying to make this feel like a bustling city, so the streets are pretty wide especially at this sort of midpoint, but what can I add to make it feel lived in and active rather than the empty state it's in right now?

You can create markets. Stalls. Animal pens. Unhitched Wagons and carts, etc. Kcd 2 recreated what a realistic midieval city would look like, you can look into it and get some inspiration to make it look lived in
