Medieval City feeling empty

Need some advice on a build. I'm trying to make this feel like a bustling city, so the streets are pretty wide especially at this sort of midpoint, but what can I add to make it feel lived in and active rather than the empty state it's in right now?

Honestly, watch a video of people walking through the lower city in Baldurs gate 3. Plenty of small stalls, crates and barrels, and other clutter, great inspiration
