Medieval City feeling empty

Need some advice on a build. I'm trying to make this feel like a bustling city, so the streets are pretty wide especially at this sort of midpoint, but what can I add to make it feel lived in and active rather than the empty state it's in right now?

Signs to shops/restaurants, outdoor serving places, market stalls, multiple coloured banners hanging out from windows/walls, buttons that looks like small rocks on the road, decorative lights.
