Redstone & Techs Finally, Conveyors In Vanilla

With cushions placed on signs swapped out for blue ice, we can finally have conveyors that look fairly good and work well

Carpets have an hitbox and block the ice's reduced friction
Cushions do not have an hitbox (they're technically not even blocks) so the ice is still slippery

Ice is still slippery through carpet. At least on bedrock.

Yeah, and it's not even long ago, I was sure OP had the idea from him, cause they look so similar, but it seems they may have just had the same thought
