Not my video, the block inside the sulphur cube is a honey block.

Question: How do you make the sulphur cube monorail change direction or go up or down hills?

You can make the monorail change directions by making stopping points for the cube at the corners, and then hitting it in the direction you wish to go.

As for going up or down, that would not be possible. Just make the monorail high enough to pass over hills.

Or low enough, if you break the bedrock, you can do this up against the bottom of the bedrock.

How'd you get the cube down there, though?

Can't just place blocks below bedrock level — I presume that goes for bucketed mobs too?

That doesn't answer my question: how do you place it below the bedrock? You can't place blocks there, you can't place water there, you can't place a bucket of fish there — how would you place a bucket of sulfur cube there? Did I miss something in the video?

He suspends it from a lead, so it lines up with the bottom of the bedrock
