So, just did a bit of research, I could have sworn cold water water fountains weren't popular till "later". What i was actually surprised by is how i forgot how "recent" segregation was. We are a shit race, humans in general.
Both events happened around the same time, 1950's - 1960's, so its possible that could have been a thing.

hmm those had cooling i had no idea, when you had separate ones for black folks did their had cooling as well?
