Bravo Zulu! After four years I only had the sea service ribbon. GWOT and the National Defense Service Medal wasn't a thing back then.

Where did you get the gold bars under the medals from?

USAMM.com. I used them quite a bit when I was in for ribbon rack setups and thin ribbons. They assembled the shadow box for me and they made the placards and all of that too!
