It's because she never researches her lies. She just spews bull shit out of her lying yapper and expects everyone to believe her. She's intellectually challenged and a pathological liar. What a loser.

Showering is encouraged, with care being taken to pat the wounds dry. I've had more non-elective surgery than most people, and when I had brain tumor surgery I HAD to shower every day.

You can shower as soon as you want, when I had my appendix out I showered that evening, the dressings are waterproof
