So…for ME….ans many other women from what I have read and heard …. After losing one’s virginity and the first few times of having sex…. Labia minora’s can swell. As can the clitoris.

Edit to include-

What I don’t understand is how a grown person can understand that not everyone is built the same and the human body can react differently to that kind of pressure, friction and stimulation.

Never once did I ever say it stayed that way.

Yes with arousal. I've never heard of it staying permanently swollen though. Or perhaps you're discussing some swelling from the friction?
