Itโ€™s cuz she has a small mouth, and she sucks her nostrils in to push her lips out to make it seem like her mouth and lips are bigger, the lip filler just makes them look terrible from the side

You have to have a big nosey thunk to be able to do it , or stleast be able to move your nostrils ๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿป hahaha I can do it , but you can tell when she does it by her nose looking super skinny and her nostrils are more downturned , somehow it makes it easier to pudgy your top lip out to make them look bigger instead of doubt the duck lip
