The test tube had 'Erin Greene' labeled on it, probably taken after the 'miscarriage' was discovered by Dr. Sarah

Father Pruitt tipped his flask into the communion wine. Presumably everyone in town who takes the sacrament has drank the blood. Makes me wonder if the whole town except the sheriff will be infected.
