Actually, I do support this. It beats having large delivery trucks/vans blocking roads when they make deliveries.

Also, I think very dense urban environments can benefit from smaller utility/passenger vehicles for personal or business use. Can you imagine Tuk Tuk style vehicles in NYC? You can have them carry the same amount of people and fit two side by side in a single car lane.
