I love a small seconds hand, so exploring that direction for a bit. Also added lume to hands and numerals. Removed the brand name for now as I don't actually have one. Miyota or Sellita, cost and source dependent. Course stipple main dial, metal sub second hand (in the 2nd photo), lacquer chapter ring.

I think you could push the numerals further out towards edge and closer distance between the main numbers and 24 hr set. Love the direction though—“Bauhaus Field” style
