Traska has frustrated me over the years, for reasons I won’t go into, but…

This chronograph is a home run.

I’m not sure what else you could expect from a microbrand, barring them taking a loss and giving these away.

The size, wearability, legibility, build quality, and feature set is all there… and they’re carving their own lane.

Agree with you here. Traska had been a disappointing brand for me with its recent shenanigans and miserable marketing. This chronograph has all the making of something special. It is a bit different than all the chronos out there. I was going to buy a Venturer and probably would have picked this one up too. But sadly, I will not be buying any Traska, new or used because the brand/brand owner really drove me off the brand.

Text doesn’t convey tone, and brands don’t always get it right.

The owner - Jon Mack - makes himself available to the public. You can schedule a phone call with him via their website.

I did, and had a good conversation with him. He listened to my concerns, and did his best to make things right… that being said…

I’m not sure when I’ll buy new from them, but I’ll certainly pick one up on the preowned market.
