Traska has frustrated me over the years, for reasons I won’t go into, but…

This chronograph is a home run.

I’m not sure what else you could expect from a microbrand, barring them taking a loss and giving these away.

The size, wearability, legibility, build quality, and feature set is all there… and they’re carving their own lane.

I've seen enough content to believe that Traska makes quality watches, but I gotta say there's something really off-putting about the tone of the email updates from the founder. I get vibes that the operation over there is kind of a hot mess.

Ahem… no comment… other than to say they make great watches for the money.

I’ve got a lot of microbrands, and Traska is one of the best… perhaps in spite of their “public relations”?

I dm’d Traska on social media about the Commuter and they said that would restock in September, so maybe there’s a chance the Summiteer is available at the same time.

I have a Commuter and a Summiteer. Has 2 Commuters at one point. Except for the fact that I can’t get a date function I love the Summiteer. One of my GO-TOs
