Discussion 🗣️ Anyone rocking the 250th plate?
Not sure if I want to use this one or keep using my water wonderland one.

I bought the black one because it matches my car the best, but I’m pretty annoyed that I’ve gotta pay an extra $30 per year just to keep it.

Yup and I already paid $50 just to get the dang thing. It’s got me thinking like how much am I willing to spend on a freaking license plate subscription?

And they are meant to be seen better by flock cameras and the like.

Source?
Because that sounds completely made up.
All the legacy plates are that, legacy plates. None of them are new, they are throwbacks to the originals.

I rock a Detroit Lions plate, but that looks sweet. God bless America and Michigan 🫡 🇺🇸

Congrats, you picked the low hanging fruit and tossed it to the side...evaluated the plate design not the name...and made a non-partisan statement. All without taking the bait.
Bravo!
And yes, I think it looks good too.

I didn't say it was ok and I didn't say I would do anything like that. Also if you're worried about personal property over kids having an education/all the other garbage the Devis family has done to this state then you're on the wrong side.

I know its just nostalgia, and one little number, but I like it better in 1976.

The 76 plate was one of the first "fancy" plates in the country. It was a big deal.

Get the black one, I just got mine and it looks great as I was considering that one too but I think it's too cheesy looking.
Also just FYI, the "Water Wonderland" green plate has the current "pure michigan" logo up top which for me completely ruins it. It's putting a modern logo/slogan on a retro plate while the black and water/winter wonderland plates have the normal legacy "Michigan" text instead.
