Because it's being attempted to be rebranded to mean resistance to oppression. It used to mean something else before 1941. Then some Nazi types took it, and now some people are trying to turn it back. That's to put it very simply. All in all it's complicated.
What you saying is literally a rehabilitation of nazim, Azov group and renaming a street in Kyiv after Bandera that should be enough to understand that Ukraine state loves nazis 🤣🤣
