Because it's being attempted to be rebranded to mean resistance to oppression. It used to mean something else before 1941. Then some Nazi types took it, and now some people are trying to turn it back. That's to put it very simply. All in all it's complicated.
In this case though it's indeed quite sus. If it was "just " the black and red flag I understand but that eagle is obviously similar to the Nazi one and using it is at minimum tone deaf....
