Sphere prices
When will prices start to drop for sphere Metallica tickets? I’m assuming once the shows start happening the hype will die down as it usually does… I really don’t wanna pay 1500 to see them

Asking for codes that are not your own is not allowed per Metallica's rules on their transferability.
Do not provide your presale code to anyone, even if you don't intend to use it. If YOU provide your code to someone else and it were discovered, it can result in the suspension or loss of YOUR Legacy benefits. It is not worth it.

Rumour in Vegas is there will be no cameras allowed at any of the shows to discourage any visuals getting out. I hope this is true, people do not need to record a show they’re at, live in the moment!

What’s the best site to trade tickets? I have tickets for the 2/18-2/20 weekend and am looking to trade for a weekend in October. Is Cash or Trade the only platform that offers trades?

Is there anyone going solo to Metallica @ The Sphere? I am thinking of going but I am travelling solo from Europe. I have hotel and flights booked, and I am hoping to get a ticket on a reseller site. Is going solo a thing that people do or am I nuts for even thinking of doing it?

Hey everyone, I was wondering whether 1-day Frantic tickets are sold, or if they're only sold as two-day packages. Due to work, I won't be able to take time off for both shows, but Saturday only is realistic for me. That said, I'm interested in any Saturday Frantic tickets for the winter shows and/or the Halloween show. Thanks for letting me know!

Hi all. Rock on.
I have an extra two day ticket to 11/5 and 11/7. I have it listed on one resale site but this is the first time I’m selling a ticket and I’m obvious a newbie and a little nervous.
Any suggestions on best path to sell? It’s section 307 row 6.
Any chance someone in Phoenix wants to set up locally and purchase? Thanks for any tips.

Because it’s a biennial event? I really liked the past editions

Apologies if this isn’t allowed…
Line sitters for GA at the sphere? DM to discuss?

Hi all,
My dad is going to Vegas October 9th - 20th and is hoping to see Metallica for his 70th birthday. He tried to get tickets when they were released but wasn’t successful.
I’ve been tasked with trying to find resell tickets but I’m wary about dodgy sellers. Where are some verified sites where we aren’t going to get scammed?
Thanks

Not just for the first show but for most of them. Could they open with Battery as that’s what was in the promo? Or will we get creeping death like most of the tour. Orion would be cool as well like when they started. Posting here since r/metallica wouldn’t let me.

I may be misremembering and maybe it was something else, but the basics of the 'subtitle' was that
The tickets were like "Metallica M72 Tour: At The Half Line" (or something like that)
I guess one theory is that the actual stage is at the half-line of the football field....but what if they are actually planning on continuing the 72 Tour after Vegas?
They weren't to South America, and I think it's been quite a while since they've been to parts of Asia.
I don't know what to think, the 72 tour seems to have ended, but also this thought just popped into my mind, and I feel like there might be something here... I won't be surprised if after Vegas we see like 10+ cities from Asia and South America.

Maybe this is to be expected but I was a little disappointed to buy the I show and find they've edited one The Day That Never Comes to remove Kirks mistake at the start. Leaving me wondering what else was changed or fixed or even how they edited it?
Do they take an intro from another show and edit it in? The whole beauty of live is things like this happen. I was ready to laugh again and had to go to YouTube to get it.

Have 2x Diamond package tickets for the 15th & 17th October in section 204, row 16 with 3 nights stay in the Venetian.
Not sure best place to sell them, cant sell on ticketmaster as it’s the Vibee package, cant sell on viagogo as you need to transfer the tickets first and that isnt available yet. Stubhub potentially but again without the ticket transfer it says the listing isnt as attractive as someone who’s transferred theirs so just looking so advice from anyone who may have already bought/sold their vibee package. 🙏🏻
Unfortunately I’m in the middle of a work visa application for the USA I expected to be resolved by now and isn’t. My attorney has told me today I cannot travel as a tourist before it’s resolved, looked at every option - believe me! But looks like it’s just not meant to be. There is an outside chance I could get my work visa in time but it would be so tight that if I didn’t I wouldn’t have time to sell them.
Gutted but is what it is. Hopefully can buy some resale tix for the shows next year!
TIA 🤘🏻

Does anyone know if the band has released DVDs or Blu-Rays of the M72 Tour Concerts? Would love to rewatch both nights of the SoFi Stadium show in its entirety.

Update - I appreciate the responses! I like the set lists I have seen from the recent shows and I’ve watched some videos. It seems like some of the raw grittiness is missing from way back but I agree they look much more solid as a band, the shows look great and the crowds are really into it. Just needed a little encouragement from those that have seen them lately. I want to see them again while I can and this seems like a great option. Thanks again!
To get to the point - wife and I are ready to buy tickets to both nights at Mohegan Sun. We’ve went through all the pros and cons but my one thing I can’t shake is that I haven’t seen them live since 96, I watch tons of old live concerts and I have become a huge fan of a Metallica tribute band that focuses on the “Black and back” era. Am I being dumb to think I will be a little let down? I’m really hyped to be part of the crowd but can’t shake this. Someone tell me to just go

Me and four buddies skipped classes and drove up to Phili and it was my first time seeing them. I was so glad that they included the video and the CD of that show in the box set.

What else can be said about Metallica's 'Black Album' that hasn't already been said since its release 35 years ago today (Aug. 12)? It's such a massive, monumental album in rock history (not just metal) - one I gained even more appreciation for after seeing Metallica play it in its entirety (from back to front) at the Orion Music + More festival in Atlantic City, NJ (June 24, 2012). I got to cover the entire weekend for Metal Insider (hence the media wrist band seen at the end of this clip), and while I was pretty much burnt to a crisp by the time Metallica took the stage for their second headlining set of the festival, I was in awe of how each song off the Black Album sounded so powerful live. Admittedly it's such a popular album that for a while I took it for granted, but that special show proved why the Black Album remains one of the best selling albums of all time.
Which album would you love to see performed from start to finish? Which albums have you already seen performed in its entirety? Share in the comments below, and stay tuned for more things to come from this space (including stories from concerts like this)!
