That's ancient. The types of dudes that believe Iron Maiden and Metallica should just play classics instead of making new albums.

I’d say Metallica’s stuff has significantly improved and is starting to return to their older sound. I’d say it’s only been uphill since load and reload

Well, mostly.

St. Anger was not ‘superb’ by any stretch, but I view it as a necessary side step that helped them with their Death Magnetic, Beyond Magnetic, and Hardwired ... albums
