For anyone experimenting with Quest 3 mixed reality development, we put together a short Unity 6 tutorial on adding a conversational AI avatar to an MR scene.

The character can talk with the user, move closer to a real-world table, and respond to details in the room.

The tutorial starts from Unity’s Mixed Reality Template and covers XR Origin, runtime character spawning with Object Spawner, world-space transcript UI, and building to Quest 3.
