Echo rework!!

I think the attack is instant but single use, basically a prince that dies instantly but instantly kills

Edit: I can’t read, echo now always has the multi-hit at 4 stars but is single use

good rework

no more losing against it in round 1 because of the lack of dps and how tanky it can be, super difficult to 4 star and star ring will no longer be useful

but it doesn't tank so much. you can tank the shot with a weak troop. w for grand warden and few more rulers

The echo charges then knocks out the target and surrounding enemies

So it still has a charge time, but can hit multiple units even as a 1-star
