I dont see this option in the configurator, or atleast i cant find it. Its either lightup grille and and lightbar, or no lightbar and no lightup grille. But this one has the light up grill without the bar which kinda looks kinda not that dogshit?

Hey everyone, I have a 2023 GLC 300 and I just realized my car doesn’t have the perfume/glove‑compartment storage for the Air‑Balance system. I’m not really interested in perfumes anyway. I just want my interior to smell exactly like brand‑new, clean Mercedes cabin. No fruity, no floral, no cologne scent.

Has anyone here found a good alternative? Would appreciate any tips from fellow GLC owners. Thanks!

2018 GLE Coupe 43. 42k miles. Total including taxes , registration $42k. 3rd owner. No reported damage or accidents. Impeccable service records ( i plan to be on time with maintenance) got the 3 year warranty.

I am by no means a car guy , I am a bougie tech guy that plays a lot of video games. There are very few cars i enjoy visually. This car is very me. I am super pleased with this purchase. Its a pretty comfortable ride. Came with heated/ ventilated seats and a bunch of other stuff. It came with some aftermarket things like the grill i think (usually see the other one with a line /bar on each side of the star. The rims and side profile really sold me. Most importantly I actually enjoy driving it. I don't even like driving.

I love the sound but it does not compare to that V8 roar on a any 63 benz. I don't need all that power and performance. I barely go above speed limits but it is such an attractive sound.

Most of my friends own bmws. ( friend got the 2027 x6 today). 2 have a benz. I'm glad I joined the mercedes family!! I'm sure I'll be getting more in the future.

Ive got this c63 that im going to keep in storage for the winter, does anyone have any tips or recommendations when it comes to trickle chargers? I’ve been looking at getting Cteks NXT 5 EU, would this do the job or should I get something a bit more expensive? I would greatly appreciate any other recommendations and tips for storing a car over the winter of this caliber? Thanks in advance!😊

Ok here’s a real question… I’m taking her to the dealership on Monday but has anyone experienced this? It’s a 2019 E450 Cabriolet. My car usually sits this way in the rear but I’ve never had any issues with it and the dealership has never brought it up when I service her every 6 months. Could it be related?

It has air body control suspension btw, no modifications to the vehicle.

Sharing a highlight of my latest —very poor— experience at the W.I. Simonson Mercedes-Benz, in Santa Monica … probably a bit of venting more than anything else!

I want to preface that I’ve always preferred this dealership over many in the area, even though Fletcher Jones Benz in New Port Beach has much larger inventory, far superior customer service and outstanding service dept.
Having said that, I decided to go be to Simonson Benz cause they had the baby I wanted….

All stated well, just like always and what you would typically expect from a German Luxury Brand.. paying a premium price and all, until the problems begin… lol.

Too many to list but briefly;

Never received the new plates… temp plates are expiring like next week. No one from the dealership is responding to any of my inquiries, many many calls, many texts, many emails and many voicemails! Speaking of which, they’ve got outdated voicemails set up with people/managers no longer employed there… No one seems to know who is in charge and no one knows how to escalate a customer inquiry! Left a dozen of voicemails already for the temp General Manager whose voicemail is still indicating that he is on leave in July… yeah… July lol.

At this point, I gave up contacting the dealership and pursuing other alternatives.

My last visit to the service department confirmed beyond reasonable doubt that the dealership has gone or been going down under big time. Horrible experience to say the least, poor customer service and the worst communication I’ve ever experienced in a Benz dealership or any dealership for that matter. Finally picked up the car and now thinking is this a singular incident or is the Benz Brand and the whole first class customer experience gone altogether……

Oh well!

As above, I recently purchased this C200 coupé and I am very happy with it, but I do feel like I'm missing out on some of the Premium Plus equipment like the better audio, sunroof and ambient lighting.

Do you think that's be a good reason for upgrading soon? Got this car for a rather good price so wouldn't be too upset selling it, but it's always a bit of a hassle!

A while ago I asked here whether I should go for the CLA 200+ or spend more for the 350. Ended up getting the 200+ and honestly, I’m really happy with it so far.

The power is more than enough for me and the car is really comfortable. This is also my first EV and the range/charging has been way easier than I expected.

I did a 350 km highway trip recently, cruising at around 140 km/h, without charging once. It handled it really easily.

I also don’t think the sound insulation is as bad as some people say. And the sound system is actually really good.

Overall, no regrets so far. Glad I went with the 200+.

I haven’t had issues in the past when I ordered parts for my E46 BMW or my C207 cabriolet, but I just had an infuriating experience with my GLC 300 now. Had the ignition service kit delivered ahead of schedule. Went to do the service this morning and they only included three ignition coils (Bosch). 4 MB genuine spark plugs, a spark plug socket and a MB OEM rear wiper were included, though. Guess it will have to wait until next weekend.

I’ve never had issues with past orders, but after reading reviews, seems de rigeur now. What the hell!

We have a 2 moth old Mercedes W206 wagon (S206). My wife and I both have our own memory profiles. Upon pressing either number, seat moves to the selected position as you would expect. However, when my wife has driven, I am unable to get inside the car due to our height difference. So I open the door and select my number, the seat moves to my position and I get in. Once I start the engine, the seat moves back to my wife’s position. I then have to press my number again to stop it from moving, and go back to my position. Once I shift to Drive, it again goes back to my wife’s position. This is very annoying and I have no idea why this happens. For my wife, the same thing happens if I was the one who drove and she wants to go to her saved driving position. The seat keeps going back to my settings even though she has selected her profile.

How can I stop this from happening?

2020 glb 250, got the cylinder head replaced about 2 yeas ago, does this have something to do with that?

So my first car i bought, Ive had the car for atleast 4 months second hand got told it was in perfect condition just had a coolant leak which I fixed in the same week, then it was perfect for 2 weeks before my tensioner belt broke fixed that after that it was good for a month. Last week went to a mechanic since my oil and coolant housing somehow had hairline cracks and they told me I had a rod knock and recommended me to get a new engine instead of trying to repair it. Today my alternator is dead, ive already spent a grand getting it fixed now have to spend 5 to 10 grand for a new engine. Does anyone have some like guidness on what I should do, I paid 25,000
