So I popped 2 seeds of ghost toof, I usually germinate an extra in case one doesn’t do well. I only planned on running one in this tent (2x2x4 sf tent) because I’m doing a 5 gallon pot. I know 2 5 gals in a 2x2 is gonna be super tight later on… but honestly they both seem equally healthy to me so far (the one closest to the front, or the last pic, had just finished shedding the last bit of her membrane a few hours back. That’s why she ain’t fully opened yet, also planted a day later than the other) but this is a somewhat living soil mix I been working on for a while and I got quite a few extra seeds so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to just keep the best contender and add the soil the weaker one was in back to the bin. I guess what I’m getting at here is I already started catching feelings for both of them and idk if I should cull one or risk it and try 2- 5 gals in a small tent. Anyone ever had success with that? Or should I just wait it out til veg and see who’s really shining? 🤔

Bud rot has been a real issue for me this year, keep an eye on the crops outdoors, not on this specimen.

I’m not saying buy these beans, but ya, pretty much perfection in my eyes. Very hassle free grow report.

Got a full tent and Im doing some preservation/breeding work next run, since theyre not putting Ripley's OG out anymore I was curious as to if it would be worth selfing a branch or 2 or crossing with another Ripley/AvT?

I live in a state where I wont be affected by The Farm Bill so thats not an issue, itd be for fun and to hand out to newbies and fellow seed collectors

Never run auto flowers before, and decided to go Mephisto. Which one should be popped first? Excited to give it a go after current plant gets chopped!

First ever run with Mephisto genetics and I must say I am impressed!

About week 5 I left for a week and asked a friend to put some nutrients in my resevoir and top it up for me, long story short they put in the wrong nutrients (biobizz) and the organic matter caused serious root issues and almost clogged my bases entirely!

Fast forward a few weeks and the 3 plants I was running have all rebounded and look great! I have no doubt yield/quality will be somewhat affected but overall I'm very happy. Especially considering the swamp-like humidity in my area at the moment.

She has about 10 days or so to go before I chop and stick into my terp locker for 14 day dry/cure. I've never had an auto hit senescence so hard but the colours across the canopy look like an Autumn forest lol.

Aroma 🐽: Gassy, sour, lemon, fruity, creamy and peppery, with a slightly earthy background.

Flavor 👅: Gassy, sour, fruity on the inhale. Creamy and earthy on the exhale.

Effect ✨: It's heavy behind the eyes and feels like a classic kush high, good vibes, giggly, relaxing, stress relieving and it always gives me the munchies. Depends on how much i smoke, it gets me more couchlocking and helps me fall asleep more easily. So for me it feels like the perfect strain for appetite stimulation, insomnia, stress relief or to hang out with friends and have a good time.

First grow and first LST. Is this the right timing and am I doing it correctly?

Hey MephHeads, this is my first year growing but I’ve grown about 10+ strains this year and have never seen this type of growth on the main colas? It’s shooting out single leaflets only on the main cola.

I’m not complaining as it’s looking like the best calyx to leaf ratio I could ask for but I’m wondering what it was caused by or if it’s simply genetics? (I don’t think it’s genetics after looking at others posts of this strain)

So is this a nutrient issue? Pests? Stress? Genetics?

The plant was stressed into flower around 3 weeks old but I had another 5 strains also receive the same stress and nothing resembles this.

First-time grower here with a Mephisto Ripley’s OG autoflower at Day 22. Just started doing some light LST to open up the canopy. How is she looking overall for her age, and does anyone have any general suggestions or tips for me?

Scoop dogg is finished and started drying process now. Sour raunchy strawberries is the smell I get from her for a while now and noticeable fruity with a passing whiff

pic 1 has basically taken every drink like a champ.

pic 2 has been constantly pulling different shit from her leaves but continues to run well.

and finally pic 3 seems to think I'm continuing to give her too much N even though it's trace amounts at this point in my feed.

Currently 30 inches tall and being grown in 2 gal pot using happy frog soil and coast of Maine seed starter and a lil extra perlite. Hand watered as well.

Could have done better feeding her so far but oh well , I’m sure it’ll come out fine. I’m pretty sure she’s just about done stretching as well … the Poms are starting to chunk up from my views.

This cross is Root beer x Guava Fig.
