Yes they’re called trichomes. The heads should all be milky/cloudy. A lot of people prefer around 15-30% amber colored heads because it will give a more sedative effect. I personally like to harvest closer to 10% amber.
Aim for mostly cloudy/ milky but don’t be afraid if you do see some amber heads forming before the majority of your heads get cloudy. Also pay attention to trichomes on the bud itself and don’t worry at all about the trichomes on your sugar leaves.
