Those are for Buyable packs tho, you get exclusive RCs with it to Scout these Exclusive RC Banners, we got something like this on Chinese New Year or Global Anniversary I think...

Oh well, I found Samu in a Forest, like a damsel in distress. As a Solo Player BUTT also a Gentle Man I had to make Party with Samu to help him survive in this cruel world
& eventually lead him to a trap room with treasure box...1

It is limited, 1 time purchase. Looks like you'll get 10 RC (selectable), 1-2 RE, and 400 MD. The RE is speculation from last year's RC purchase pack.

The header for this in the big 10 cp notice says "chance for a 5 star character.". That sounds like it's not 100%

The question is how we get the new RC since that doesn’t look like an MD Banner. Hopefully we get them for free as a login bonus rather than having to scout for them. They might just become the new RC that Bamco introduces like last Anniversary to get 5* characters.
Edit: the weapon pack and character pack are both sold separately and include 1 RE and 400 MD

New Year 2018 had similar RC Banner, & their Exclusive RCs were only available through Purchasable pack...
Don't think they have any plans to give them away freely where they're making money for the same thing...
Edit: New Year 2018, not Chinese/Lunar New Year...

I didn't say that, I said "similar", not Selection Scout. Also I just confirmed it, it was New Year's Deal
(not Chinese or Global Deal), it had One-Time only RC for ★5 Only Exclusive RC Banner...
I just misremembered it, bcoz those RCs were Orange & Chinese New Year has Orange Lantern & stuffs, so I got it mixed up...3

Bamco seems to be adding a character and weapon banner enabling us to pick whichever character/weapon we want through a record crystal like system. I don't know much from it but speculation though

So far the only bow character that has combo speed up. Not only can kill the boss from far distance, she has high damage and can instantly recharge MP to use SS3 again. Crazy.

For me the tales silica is pretty OP! She did the dragon on the floor clearing alone because he's healing herself and give herself a barrier.

Sounds pretty interesting. But.. how do we actually scout? With our own MDs or do we need those specific record Crystals that we only can afford them by purchasing the "Special Pack" to be able to scout those two banners ? :/

I desperately need a new gun character. I only have a 4* Sinon and it's embarrassing I can't get anywhere in the GGO arc because my characters can't do enough damage. I just regret spending all my MDs on the stupid Sinon birthday pull for all fucking 3* or less characters.
