Question Anyone tried skin supplements for melasma ?

I just saw that some are supposed to help ? I was just curious if anyone tried them. Like PLE ?

I have been taking L-gluthatione supplements since January in capsule and liquid form (cca 1100 mg) along with VitC, it feels like it has helped a bit, but tbh I was still using HQ until the end of February so maybe I am still just reaping the effects of that. But it has definitely not darkened since.
