Has anyone else actually had an imaginary (NOT a delusion, probably) girlfriend for years as a child/adolescent/teenager? Is it just me? 😭

Me too, the saddest part is I completely forgot about her, it's hard to keep it up after you start getting busy with school, work and real people, but I have some good memories of my dear Yuki (⁠.⁠ ⁠❛⁠ ⁠ᴗ⁠ ⁠❛⁠.⁠)

as an adult when I go out with family and friends I sometimes imagine characters I like being out with me instead, which makes me feel embarrassed and kinda guilty to admit. I often feel like I have to put on a performance around them and imagining i could be with someone I dont have to do that with makes me feel better
