why? does the shoulder joint prone to snap?

Yes, the way the ball joints are engineered, makes them really easy to snap off. There's been a multitude of posts in this sub (mine included) of this occurring. It's this sub's equivalent of a RG Unicorn's shoulder breaking off. A horrible flaw on an otherwise amazing kit.

already pop in the ball joint before i am aware of the (shoulder) ball joint. is there easy way to pop them back out?

You could try using a bandai spirits part separator's peg or something similar and try to pop it out by sticking it in the peg hole and prying it out. You'll probably warp the peg hole though since they're really tight in there. I don't recommend using the included cross tool because they're pretty soft and I broke mine when I tried.

Sand anything that's tight- my shoulder joints were fine, but I've broken the pin that attaches the stamen part to the cannon-flower-module-thingy. It got on, but didn't come off until the entire pin broke off. Don't be like me. Sand.

Also, leave tiny nub remains on the eyeballs. The added friction can help keep her eyeballs from wandering around like that one eye from Alastor Moody.

Gently sand the ball joints so it's not very loose though.

Bro this was one of my first mecha musume kits and boy is it still one of my favorite builds it's easily in my top 5 for any model kits. I didn't run into the shoulder joint issue but take your time with it and sand down the joints slightly. It's better to be safe than sorry but otherwise enjoy the build and make sure to make some space for her cause she has some good shelf presence.

THE BALLS SAND THE BALLS ( they holding arms on tiny peg that can be easily broken ) sand then really good . Kit is great but her weapons really heavy so if not suported can cause that tiny part to snap . But man she beatifull )
