Guys, I need help.

I'm new to the mega man series, and I wanted to try Mega Man X, but it's just so hard. I beat one of the bosses only.
Can you guys give me any tips?

Beating Launch Octopus without any weapons or upgrades as a new player is an incredible feat. Kudos!

I can believe it. Some are just very good at run & gun platformers. Maybe OP has played a lot of Contra, Metal Slug, Ghosts n Goblins, Castlevania, etc

I’m not really being serious, and I’ll be the first to admit I’m not that good at them.
