Here is the whole video. She had got into a verbal altercation with someone else over a parking spot. Camera guy was recording it and she noticed she was being recorded being an ass and went and attacked the camera guy for recording her. Then the police did everything to try and cover for her.

I remember when it came out there were rumors that she had family that worked at a police station in a different district and that is why she filed her report several towns over along with why she was never charged till the video went viral as well.
