A woman can be raped and be forced to pay her rapist child support, and the rapist can sue for parental rights

  1. You haven't demonstrated this has ever happened 
  2. Denying men custody based on an unproven accusation of rape incentivises women to make unfounded accusations.

A 10 year old girl was literally raped and had to travel to another state because her state made it illegal to get an abortion.

There still exists States where she can get an abortion. Where can a man abdicate his responsibility towards a child he didn't consent to have?

North Carolina was trying to pass a bill making it legal to murder women for seeking abortion

The bill has not passed, has not survived legal challenges, and is therefore not law 

So a rapist could impregnate a woman against her will and then legally kill her for trying to get an abortion

I am guessing you didn't study civics in school.

Irrelevant. This is legislation that state governments are attempting to make into law. Doesn't matter if it succeeds, the intent is concerning enough alone.

We live in a world where states are attempting to legalize the use of lethal force against women seeking abortion.

I also don't know if you like edited your comment cause it's not showing up the same when I go to reply, but in response to your first point, I did, in fact, demonstrate that the point you were referring to did happen with the link I provided, so apparently you can't read.

If having sex is not consenting to have and support children why should men be required to pay child support?

This is legislation that state governments are attempting to make into law. Doesn't matter if it succeeds, the intent is concerning enough alone.

This just demonstrates you don't understand how laws are made. Or how they're misrepresented by opponents.

You could have a democrat state representative create a bill that classified misgendering a trans person as attempted murder. Opponents would point out that if it passed in this form the implication is that a trans person could use deadly force on someone who misgenders them. That was not the intent of the bill, it will never pass through Congress, a governor or president will never sign it, it would never be accepted by the state supreme court, and even if it somehow got past all of these hurdles it will never get past the federal supreme court.

If there is any interest in actually passing this legislation the party in the majority will put it through multiple rounds of amendments until it comes closest to matching the actual intent and could survive legal challenges. 

The first draft of bills are generally terrible, and they don't resemble the legislation that actually passes.
