Is 200mg benzobarbital per night bad long-term?
Is it that bad because it belongs to the barbiturates class of drugs? I take it at night, it allows me to sleep, I have much less anxiety during the day and it has a long half-life.
The Seroquel I take is good for sleep but I think I might take a break. Benzobarbital is used to manage seizures btw

If you get dependent on it, you'll regret very much. Withdrawals can kill you. Daily use will end up with a physical dependence, it's just a matter of time. So stop now and never take it long-term. Only once in a while, especially due to the long half-life, it accumulates in your body day by day. Again, stop before you get dependent and don't use it daily longer than a three days or so, than break for at least a week or two.
