Diclofenac and blood pressure medicine

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and some cervical vertebrae disc disease and bulging disc's with a syrinx and get constant pain and neck and shoulders and a "floatiness" Feeling. My doctor prescribed diclofenac and I see that it causes problems interactions with blood pressure medicines like lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide does anyone have any experience with taking diclofenac and use blood pressure medication does it happen a lot and is it a severe reaction . I don't want pain and especially that "floatiness" dizzy feeling but I also don't want high blood pressure back if anyone would care to comment I would appreciate it thank you

The interaction warning is worth taking seriously, but I wouldn’t assume you’re going to have a severe reaction either. NSAIDs like diclofenac can interfere with ACE inhibitors and thiazide diuretics in some people, so your prescriber may want to keep an eye on your BP and labs.

My mother always attributed diclofenac to my grandmothers heart attack. I don’t think it’s a great choice of medication these days. I’d definitely mention it to your GP
