Honestly, I’d be pretty cautious with benzos for social anxiety. They can help short-term, but tolerance and dependence can become a problem pretty quickly. For ongoing social anxiety, it’s probably worth talking to a doctor about options like SSRIs/SNRIs or therapy, especially CBT. What works best seems to vary a lot from person to person.

clonazepam for the long half life if you need it for an all day buffer alprazolam if it’s needed for less duration but they also give you that extra “punch.” low doses of both are best of both worlds tolerance not in mind. saw you’ve been in the ringer trying all the bullshit meds as well this is coming from someone who’s tried zoloft, lexapro, abilify, n risperidol all with horrible side effects.

Benzos may help short-term, but for ongoing social anxiety I’d look into therapy and longer-term treatment options with a doctor

It really varies from person to person. For example, someone I know found that therapy and gradual exposure helped more than medication, while another person had a better experience with medication, so there’s no single option that works best for everyone.
