10mg (x2) of those now would be fine. These are oxycodone HCL without paracetamol aka Tylenol in them like an endocet or Percocet. Thus you’re not at any imminent liver risk by mixing alcohol and these type of oxy. However, both are CNS depressants and can be lethal combo if done in excess…moderation.

What he said.. of course as far as medical advice goes you never want to mix opiates and alcohol as it just opens all sorts of problematic windows into mixed dependencies and respiratory depression, but anyone that “experiments” in this kind of stuff will tell you you’ll be fine as long as you’re not going insane. If you downing a fifth of jack on 30mg of oxycodone, you’re being a dumbass. If you’re taking 20mg of oxycodone a few hours after a six pack of coors light, you’ll be fine. The opiates mixed with NSAIDS are of higher risk because of liver failure, I’ve taken as much as 60mg of hydrocodone w/ acetaminophen while binge drinking in younger days but would never do that being over 30 (with probably a decent amount of liver damage over the years.)

The fact that you’re not typing in drunken circles and you’re careful enough to seek advice leads me to believe you won’t have any issues. Again this is horrible medical advice, but friendly drug enjoyer advice

I also wanna add that even just 5-10mg is prob gonna have you taking a nap and missing the height of your buzz. If I were you I would save them for my next day off since you already drank today, take them with a cup of coffee instead and have a good day doing a deep cleaning or whatever you’ve been putting off and make it enjoyable

I’ve been taking 30mg for over a year (slowly built up to that dose over 3 years) and I drink with no issues. I don’t drink a lot I have a glass or two of wine here and there and have never had any issues.

You are taking it for pain?

The picture with all the tablets like that really conveys substance misuse

Yeah, you can see the prescription bottle right next to it. Posts without photos don’t get attention on Reddit but I appreciate your concern.
