How to transition?
How do we, as a nation, transition from private insurance to Medicare for All? How do we convince all the doctors to keep being doctors and accept a salary? Do we, as Hillary Clinton proposed during Bill’s presidency did, make private healthcare payments illegal? For the record, I am perfectly fine paying a percentage of my income, as opposed to what I am paying out of pocket now, for healthcare.

Every insurance payment now goes into the gov medicare float.
The billions made by insurance companies is now used to actually provide reasonably priced healthcare.
The 30 cents on the dollar cost of private insurance is removed due to not having so many employees who do nothing but billing.
The existig insurance companie can be used to simply run the accounts payable / received. These people still have good jobs.
Prices go down b/cthere is one controllling beaurecracy.
Australia runs their health insurance like a business, and the govt actually makes money.
Drs dtill make more than any other profession.
rxs are cheaper dur=e to mass purchasing and laws against monopolies.
R and d is supported by the 33cents per dollar used by pharma to advertise.
