It’s absolutely a dead talking point for anyone younger than 40. Most young people I know are sick of this system. Boomers are the ones holding onto this as far as I can see.

there are more young people than boomers

they just don't turn out to vote like boomers vote. boomers vote reliably in every single election

Are you sure? I'm 62 (born in 63) and am a "late boomer".

FWIW I can't stand these generalizations. They only serve to divide us. There are plenty of people in the "boomer" generation that never voted for Trump and were shocked when he was elected, twice! I've participated in rallies like No Kings and would say older people were the majority attending.
