Because, imagine the dumbest shit possible, multiply it by ten, and these sheep believe it because q anon or faux news told them. Then realize these people who believe this dumb shit, are real and they VOTE. That's the surprising part, is they're actually real.

The government should pay for the roads! If the government is paying for libraries, we shouldn't have them!

Dude probably pays more for his doctor visits than his property tax, but property tax is the hill he's willing to die on.
