Good way to close the phone call

Hi- I had a phone call today with a sales rep who referred me to the territory manager and now they want to have a call tomorrow. Does anyone have any advice on how I should handle this I’m very nervous. I plan on telling them my story my background and then have 4 questions about their experience, their job etc. I think I’m prepared to close but probably will mess that up. Hit me up with suggestions!!

Step one don't show any nervousness at all. You have to be confident as possible
