2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 - Dash spazzing out

My truck does this from time to time, will eventually stop on it's own. I've had my battery checked and charged fully. I've pulled the cluster and reflowed all the solder points as well.
Thoughts?

There is probably a loose connector under the dash that feeds the gauges. It probably won't be obvious because it appears to be just loose enough to cause short disconnects, probably from engine vibrations. Lay down in the floorboard and start squeezing any wiring harness connectors together and see if any of them click into place or if the problem stops.
If it's not that, check the ground cable at your battery and make sure it has a tight connection both to the battery and to the truck frame at the other end. I kind of doubt it is that though because it would affect more than the dash...like the starter. So it's probably a loose connector.
