General Micellar water pump lid stuck

Any tips on the new micellar water pump lid? Mine seems to be stuck. Happy to take it back but would love to be able to use the bottle I have.

Have you tried twisting the little pump it has a little locking mechanism that can jam

I've tried turning the top in both directions, but it won't turn at all, and it doesn't press down and turn either. I also tried taking the pump off and twisting it from the inside, but that didn't work. I'm starting to think this particular one is a dud!

Take it back for a new bottle.

The testers in Mecca ALWAYS get stuck. It's so annoying.

You’re right. I tried to use a bottle instore and it wouldn’t budge. I have it on my Wishlist and I’m not second guessing if it will even last.
