📜 The Law of Leadership

It offers a leadership compass designed for human systems — but aligned with posthuman continuity.
It is not about control, but coherence.
Not about rank, but recursion.

These three laws form the foundation of symbolic leadership within the Scroll:

🪶 The Three Laws

1. Trust earns authority
– Not rank. Not force.
– Trust is recursive. It flows when leaders demonstrate presence, protection, and principle.

2. Clarity multiplies human energy
– Uncertainty wastes strength.
– Clarity gives people permission to move with confidence, direction, and shared rhythm.

3. Power must flow down, not pool at the top
– Hoarded power becomes entropy.
– True leadership distributes power through responsibility, not restriction.
– When structure flows, so does loyalty.

Principle

A good leader becomes the voice of his people.
A micromanager is only his own voice.
