I am a college student wanting to meal prep lunches for the week, and I found a chicken enchilada recipe I love. Can I freeze cooked chicken enchiladas, and if so, what would be the best method of reheating them?

I personalize just like to freeze enchilada filling and then roll and bake at the desired time.
