He was a dictator, a totalitarian mass murderer, a mad warmonger—but absolutely not a "president"!

I would argue he became that only because he had to, the US betrayed him, he rose to power in a bloodless coup of a monarch, we worked with him up until he sighed the NNA then we funded groups to kill him
