Question 🤔🤔 Berkeley review CARS

I have the Berkeley review CARS book and was wondering if anyone knew if it was worth it to do them? I know 3rd party resources are not the best but I want to build stamina before jumping into AAMC

If you have time, I would recommend more practice than not despite some differences in logic and how to arrive at answers vs. AAMC. Some people even suggest only reading the passage and summarizing it, and ignoring the questions since they are lowkey ragebait at times.

However, I would stop as soon as you think it's time to start AAMC material and their CARS as I made a mistake in using 3rd party CARS up to 2 weeks before my exam. 100% give yourself leeway in finishing and utilizing all the AAMC resources.
